Combi boiler cost
Combi boilers are the popular choice for a reason: no tank, no cylinder, hot water on demand. Cost still depends on the model, the install and whether a combi is actually right for the house.
When a combi is the right fit
Good mains pressure, one or two bathrooms, and a household that does not need lots of hot water at once. Where bathroom count or pressure say otherwise, a system boiler with a cylinder is often the better long-term answer. We will say so on survey.

What sits inside a supply-and-fit quote
The appliance, installation, old boiler removal, flue and condensate, filters and controls required under Part L, commissioning and notification. Our boiler installation work is Gas Safe registered (625280) and the warranty is registered in your name.
High-efficiency and condensing boilers are the modern standard. How well they perform still depends on the system around them: inhibitor to BS 7593, an in-line filter, and a heat loss calculation so the output matches the house.
Why there is no single price here
Manufacturer, output, flue route and whether the job is a like-for-like swap or a conversion from a tank system all move the figure. We quote fixed options after looking at the property rather than publishing a number that only fits the easiest job.
