Called out initially as an emergency on 27/12 as my mum's central heating boiler had stopped working. Arrived within the hour and tried to sort the problem. It needed a spare part which was ordered. Tried again to sort the problem on the Sunday but the age and condition of the boiler made further repair impossible. He didn't charge for the spare part or the 2hrs spent trying to fix the boiler. We decided to go for a new boiler, he provided 4 quotes for various boiler options. Agreed on a price. Boiler delivered on 29th. Fitted on 31st and finished the job off on 1/1/26. We contacted Kody Gas on Sunday afternoon as an emergency when we noticed water coming through our ceiling from the boiler in the loft. He came within the hour and confirmed what we already suspected that our boiler had died. By Sunday evening he had confirmed that the new boiler and parts had been ordered, and by the next morning I knew they were replacing it on the Wednesday afternoon. They turned up on time and immediately set to work after first taking time to properly protect all carpets in hallway and stairs. The whole job took 7 hours in which they never once stopped for a break and tried to make the disruption as minimal as possible. We are more than happy with the service we received and would wholeheartedly recommend.

Joy and his team put a boiler in for me. They were really effective and efficient. My old boiler was leaking and within 2 days they replaced it. They removed all of the waste and showed me how to use the thermostat and top up the boiler, something that had always been a mystery to me!
